- 1 lb shelled cooked shrimp
- 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin orange sections
- 8 ounces jars salsa
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups rice, cooked
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except rice in skillet, heat to boiling.
- 2 serve over cooked rice.
