Ginger, Garlic Marinade

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
  • 2 garlic, minced

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic until combined.
  • 2 pour over the the food being marinated and let stand for 15 minutes or cover and chill for up to 8 hours.
