Ground Beef Porridge

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 30 g ground beef
  • 20 g onions
  • 20 g tomatoes
  • 20 g broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice
  • 1 g salt

Recipe

  • 1 minced onion, tomato and broccoli and set aside.
  • 2 add 350ml of water to the brown rice and bring it to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 3 add minced vegetables and ground beef to the porridge and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
