- 1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice blend
- 1 1/2 cups asparagus, cooked
- 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, cooked
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 -4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 cook rice with spice packet. mix rice, vegetables and cheese. season to taste with salt and pepper. spoon into 1 ½ quart casserole.
- 2 bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
