Goat Cheese And Vegetable Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice blend
  • 1 1/2 cups asparagus, cooked
  • 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, cooked
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 -4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice with spice packet. mix rice, vegetables and cheese. season to taste with salt and pepper. spoon into 1 ½ quart casserole.
  • 2 bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
