Kan-chupsi (korean)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 lb beef liver, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • hot fluffy rice

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, heat oil. saute garlic, onion, and sesame seeds until golden. add liver and cook, while stirring, until it loses its red color.
  • 2 sprinkle on flour, then stir in pepper, sugar, salt, soy sauce, and water. bring to a boil, then cook 1-2 minutes. serve at once with hot fluffy rice.
