Ingredients

- 8 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles
- 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 16 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs 95% lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.
- 2 mix egg beaters and ff ricotta.
- 3 layer sauce, noodles, ground beef, ricotta mixture, mozzarella. repeat.
- 4 bake 1 hour at 350.
