Low Fat Lasagna

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 8 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 16 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 lbs 95% lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.
  • 2 mix egg beaters and ff ricotta.
  • 3 layer sauce, noodles, ground beef, ricotta mixture, mozzarella. repeat.
  • 4 bake 1 hour at 350.
