Ingredients
- 1 cup kamut
- 4 cups water
- 8 -10 ounces extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 romaine lettuce hearts
- 3/4 cup cotija cheese, (or feta), crumbled
Recipe
- 1 cook kamut according to package directions in the water, drain if necessary.
- 2 brown ground beef, mix in salsa, spinach leaves, and mix with cooked kamut.
- 3 spoon into romaine leaves.
- 4 top with crumbled cheese.
