Gluten-free Blonde Brownies

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rice flour
- 2/3 cup tapioca flour
- 2/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 grease a 13x9" pan (may want to line a glass pan with foil). preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix together flours, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a small bowl.
- 3 mix together remaining ingredients in a larger bowl, then stir in the dry ingredients.
- 4 spread batter into pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and done in the center.
