Gluten-free Blonde Brownies

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rice flour
  • 2/3 cup tapioca flour
  • 2/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 grease a 13x9" pan (may want to line a glass pan with foil). preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 mix together flours, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a small bowl.
  • 3 mix together remaining ingredients in a larger bowl, then stir in the dry ingredients.
  • 4 spread batter into pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and done in the center.
