Ginger Garlic Broccolini

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 lb broccolini
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  • 2 add ginger, pepper and garlic, saute 30 seconds.
  • 3 add broccolini and salt, saute 2 minutes.
  • 4 add mirin and water, cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until tender.
