Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/2 asian cucumbers or 1/2 lb pickling cucumber
- 1/2 lb baked asian style tofu or 1/2 lb pressed tofu
- 1 red chili
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
Recipe
- 1 wash cucumbers, but don't peel, and julienne.
- 2 split chili & remove seeds.
- 3 julienne chili.
- 4 julienne tofu.
- 5 mince garlic.
- 6 mix everything.
- 7 serve cold or room temperature.
