Hashwa Roz Wa Jowz (rice-nut Mixture)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in saucepan and brown pine nuts, being careful to not burn.
- 2 add rice and stir for 2 minutes. add water.
- 3 add cinnamon, salt and pepper.
- 4 bring to a boil. cover and reduce heat. simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid has evaporated.
- 5 add parsley and mix well.
