Dumplings

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons crisco
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients and cut in crisco, using a pastry blender, until the mixture is coarse and grainy.
  • 2 add milk. do not overmix.
  • 3 it should only take a few turns to get a dough.
