Ingredients

- 2 cups rice
- 1 ounce ginger
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 wash the rice until the water turns clears,drain it and leave it 10min.
- 2 cut the ginger into finely.
- 3 put the all ingredient in a rice cooker and cook it.
- 4 after cook turn the rice from bottom to top.
