Ginger Cooked With Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 ounce ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 wash the rice until the water turns clears,drain it and leave it 10min.
  • 2 cut the ginger into finely.
  • 3 put the all ingredient in a rice cooker and cook it.
  • 4 after cook turn the rice from bottom to top.
