French Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (1 lb) box spaghetti

Recipe

  • 1 cook bacon (cut in to small pieces) and onion together until bacon is crisp.
  • 2 while bacon is cooking, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 3 drain spaghetti and return it to the same pan.
  • 4 add tomato juice, onion/bacon mixture (do not drain), salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 cook on low, just until heated through.
  • 6 turn off heat, cover and let sit until it absorbs flavors.
