Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 in a small bowl, whisk wet ingredients until mixed well.
- 4 add dry ingredients to wet. mix well, then knead for several minutes.
- 5 form into a log shape and wrap in foil, tightly twisting the ends.
- 6 bake for 90 minutes and enjoy as you wish.
