Easy Shrimp Creole

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 lbs shrimp, cooked
- 1 (1 lb) can tomato
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 saute vegetables in butter until softened.
- 2 add the shrimp and remaining ingredients.
- 3 mix and cover skillet.
- 4 simmer over low heat and for 20 minutes.
- 5 serve with rice.
