Hoisin Lamb

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 lbs lamb tenderloin

Recipe

  • 1 combine marinade ingredients in small bowl.
  • 2 place tenderloin in shallow bowl, pour in the marinade.
  • 3 refrigerate 4 hrs (or overnite).
  • 4 preheat oven to 425.
  • 5 roast 15 minutes per side.
