Honey Peanut Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground allspice

Recipe

  • 1 place all the ingredients in blender or food processor.
  • 2 cover and process for 1 minute.
  • 3 pour the marinade over the poultry in a shallow glass dish or heavy plastic bag.
  • 4 cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
  • 5 this recipe can be doubled or tripled.
