Healthy Macaroni & Cheese

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 300 g dry weight whole wheat macaroni
  • 500 ml bulgarian yogurt
  • 3 large free range eggs
  • 1 (32 g) french dressing, refill (the powder sachets)
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 5 ml paprika

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta - al dente. drain well.
  • 2 mix yogurt, eggs and sachet
  • 3 add 1 cup cheese.
  • 4 mix everything together
  • 5 place in greased ovenproof dish
  • 6 top with 1 cup cheese.
  • 7 sprinkle paprika ontop.
  • 8 cook in 350 f oven for 15-20 min until firm.
  • 9 serve with some fresh tomatoes.
