Healthy Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 300 g dry weight whole wheat macaroni
- 500 ml bulgarian yogurt
- 3 large free range eggs
- 1 (32 g) french dressing, refill (the powder sachets)
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 5 ml paprika
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta - al dente. drain well.
- 2 mix yogurt, eggs and sachet
- 3 add 1 cup cheese.
- 4 mix everything together
- 5 place in greased ovenproof dish
- 6 top with 1 cup cheese.
- 7 sprinkle paprika ontop.
- 8 cook in 350 f oven for 15-20 min until firm.
- 9 serve with some fresh tomatoes.
