Honey Garlic Lamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs lamb
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 cut lamb into cubes or strips.
  • 2 mix together marinade ingredients and bring to boil.
  • 3 pour over lamb and let stand in fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 4 before grilling meat, drain sauce and discard.
  • 5 stir fry meat in skillet. put into casserole dish.
  • 6 in saucepan or skillet combine sauce ingredients and bring to boil.
  • 7 thicken with cornstarch and cook until no raw taste remains.
  • 8 pour over meat and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°f
  • 9 sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve over a bed of rice.
