Honey Garlic Lamb

Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into cubes or strips.
- 2 mix together marinade ingredients and bring to boil.
- 3 pour over lamb and let stand in fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 4 before grilling meat, drain sauce and discard.
- 5 stir fry meat in skillet. put into casserole dish.
- 6 in saucepan or skillet combine sauce ingredients and bring to boil.
- 7 thicken with cornstarch and cook until no raw taste remains.
- 8 pour over meat and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°f
- 9 sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve over a bed of rice.
