Egg With Tomatoes: Chinese Home-style

Ingredients

- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 4 free range eggs
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- green onion, chopped,separate the ",",and ",green",parts
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs together; season with salt and pepper, and add the"" part of the green onion and sesame oil.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 add oil to the pan; turn up the heat.
- 4 add the egg mixture.
