- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese, cut in bits
- 3/4 cup fat-free parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup light butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked, drained
Recipe
- 1 add butter to a heated pan. then add cream cheese, parmesan, and milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
- 2 toss in the pasta, mixing well.
