garlic shrimp

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 cup olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 large shrimp, in shells
  • cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 puree 1/2 c olive oil, onions, garlic, salt& pepper in blender.
  • 2 pour over shrimp and marinate for 1 hour.
  • 3 heat remaining oil in skillet, add shrimp and marinade, saute about 5 minutes until shrimp are opaque serve over rice.
