Ingredients
- 1 cup of soft butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 16 ounces fettuccine
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- pepper and chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 combine soft butter and minced garlic. put into large saucepan and set aside.
- 2 boil pasta in salted water until al dente. drain and pour into soft butter and minced garlic. toss well to combine.
- 3 off stove, add cheeses and toss again. return to very low heat, add cream, and stir constantly until very hot.
- 4 pour into serving plates and sprinkle with cracked pepper, additional cheese to taste, and chopped parsley.
- 5 serve at once.
