Fettuccine Alfredo

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of soft butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 16 ounces fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • pepper and chopped parsley

Recipe

  • 1 combine soft butter and minced garlic. put into large saucepan and set aside.
  • 2 boil pasta in salted water until al dente. drain and pour into soft butter and minced garlic. toss well to combine.
  • 3 off stove, add cheeses and toss again. return to very low heat, add cream, and stir constantly until very hot.
  • 4 pour into serving plates and sprinkle with cracked pepper, additional cheese to taste, and chopped parsley.
  • 5 serve at once.
