Japanese Take-out Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar or 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (1 inch) knob fresh ginger, grated (2 teaspoons)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Recipe
- 1 combine the vinegar, tomato paste, soy sauce, salt, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, celery, and onion in a blender. pulse several times, until the celery and onion are finely chopped. when the blender running, slowing drizzle in the canola oil.
