Ginger Salad Dressing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame or 1/2 cup soy oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, plus
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons diced fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemons, rind of
  • 1/2 teaspoon catsup
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed.
  • 2 store in covered jar.
  • 3 shake thoroughly before using.
