Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sesame or 1/2 cup soy oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, plus
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons diced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemons, rind of
- 1/2 teaspoon catsup
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed.
- 2 store in covered jar.
- 3 shake thoroughly before using.
