Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons shallots, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil, olive
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil, sesame
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well.
  • 2 store in refrigerator for a short period.
  • 3 serve with hearty salads, fish, beef, or vegetable chunks.
