Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 lb loaf miniature party rye rounds
• 1/2 lb american cheese, sliced thin
• 8 ounces pepperoni
• dijon mustard, for serving

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 lay party rye out on cookie sheet in a single layer.
• 3 cut cheese slices in quarters so that each quarter will fit in the middle of each slice of party rye.
• 4 top bread and cheese with one slice of pepperoni.
• 5 bake about 7 minutes, till bubbly (not browned).
• 6 serve with dijon mustard on the side.
