Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons gingerroot, minced
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup tamari or 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to blender and blend until mixed well.
  • 2 serve on top of salad, rice or your favorite dish.
  • 3 enjoy.
