Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs, pre-brown
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 -2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine all of above but chicken in sauce pan simmer cook smooth , thick and glossy.
- 2 spoon over chicken placed in roasting pan after having browned first.
- 3 cover.
- 4 bake 350* about 1 hour.
- 5 good over rice.
