Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 4 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 8 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except oil in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 with blender running slowly pour in olive oil.
  • 3 best if made 1-2 days in advance.
  • 4 makes 1-1/2 cups.
