Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 4 dashes tabasco sauce
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 8 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except oil in blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 with blender running slowly pour in olive oil.
- 3 best if made 1-2 days in advance.
- 4 makes 1-1/2 cups.
