Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients.
- 2 mix wet ingredients.
- 3 mix together until combined.
- 4 pour into a greased tart or pie plate.(i use my short round french casserole).
- 5 bake at 375* for 25 minutes.
- 6 serve hot with butter and syrup or jam, or cold as a biscuit.
