Ham Fried Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 slices ham, cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 cups cold cooked par-boiled rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a medium skilet.
  • 2 beat egg and cook scrambled in oil.
  • 3 set egg aside.
  • 4 add ham and onions to pan.
  • 5 cook for about 1 minute until onions are tender.
  • 6 add green onions and garlic and mix cooking only slighly
  • 7 add rice and soy sauce.
  • 8 stir until all the ingredients are mixed and rice is hot.
