Ham Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 slices ham, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups cold cooked par-boiled rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a medium skilet.
- 2 beat egg and cook scrambled in oil.
- 3 set egg aside.
- 4 add ham and onions to pan.
- 5 cook for about 1 minute until onions are tender.
- 6 add green onions and garlic and mix cooking only slighly
- 7 add rice and soy sauce.
- 8 stir until all the ingredients are mixed and rice is hot.
- 9 add toasted sesame oil and mix again.
