- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (or if you prefer, parsley)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil, add the rice and salt.
- 2 cover and reduce heat to low, simmer covered for 30 minutes or until no liquid remains.
- 3 stir in cilantro and green onions and fluff with a fork.
