Green Jasmine Rice

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (or if you prefer, parsley)
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil, add the rice and salt.
  • 2 cover and reduce heat to low, simmer covered for 30 minutes or until no liquid remains.
  • 3 stir in cilantro and green onions and fluff with a fork.
