Ingredients
- 6 ounces daikon radishes, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients. sauce will be thick and may be thinned with more water if desired.
- 2 cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
