Daikon Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces daikon radishes, shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup tamari
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients. sauce will be thick and may be thinned with more water if desired.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
