Honey-teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 8 chicken thighs, bone in and skin on
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 475.
- 2 line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- 3 in a large bowl, mix honey, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
- 4 add chicken and toss to coat.
- 5 transfer chicken and sauce to baking sheet.
- 6 bake chicken, skin side up, basting occasionally with pan juices until well browned and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
- 7 serve chicken drizzled with pan juices.
