Honey-teriyaki Chicken

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 8 chicken thighs, bone in and skin on

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 475.
  • 2 line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • 3 in a large bowl, mix honey, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
  • 4 add chicken and toss to coat.
  • 5 transfer chicken and sauce to baking sheet.
  • 6 bake chicken, skin side up, basting occasionally with pan juices until well browned and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
  • 7 serve chicken drizzled with pan juices.
