Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup warm water
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 knead till soft.
- 3 cover with damp cloth and let rest 1 hour.
- 4 divide into 10 pieces.
- 5 roll each into 4 inch circles.
- 6 heat ungreased fry pan (cast iron).
- 7 cook on each side till brown.
