Easy Healthy No Rise Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons wheat gluten (optional, it helps it rise more like flour but i usually do without) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 dissolve the yeast in the water in a large bowl. add the rest of the ingredients in and mix.
- 2 dump onto a well floured surface. knead into a smooth dough (takes me about 3-5 minutes tops).
- 3 roll out and press down onto a greased pizza pan (i like to sprinkle a little corn meal on the pan before pressing down the dough).
- 4 add toppings as desired and bake at 450 for around 12-15 minutes. if you have a stone, i bake it on the bottom rack so it evenly cooks the crust without the cheese getting too crunchy.
- 5 you can also add some wheat germ or ground flax seed for added healthiness.
