Easy Jello Mochi

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 (3 ounce) box jello gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mochiko sweet rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup potato starch

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve jello in hot water and stir well.
  • 2 add sugar, mochiko, and mix.
  • 3 add vanill and mix.
  • 4 spray a 12 inch micro bunt pan with pam and pour mixture in.
  • 5 cover pan with saran wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  • 6 remove plastic wrap and cool thoroughly.
  • 7 take mochi out of pan and place on a dish.
  • 8 cut into 1/2 inch pieces using a plastic knife.
  • 9 dip each piece in potato starch to prevent from sticking together.
  • 10 shake off excess.
