Gluten Free Christmas Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup rice flour
Recipe
- 1 sift cornstarch, rice flour, and sugar together in a bowl.
- 2 add butter and mix all the ingredients together until you form a soft dough.
- 3 refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- 4 shape the dough into 1 inch balls and lay out on greased cookie sheet.
- 5 flatten cookies slightly with a fork.
- 6 roll in red and green sprinkles or a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- 7 bake at 300 for 20-25 minute or until golden.
