- 1 1/2 tablespoons japanese rice vinegar
- 1 cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 whisk until well combined.
- 3 set aside for 10 minutes.
- 4 serve over a green salad.
