Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons japanese rice vinegar
  • 1 cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 whisk until well combined.
  • 3 set aside for 10 minutes.
  • 4 serve over a green salad.
