Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen orange juice
- 1 -2 orange, zest of
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 wash orange(s) and dry.
- 2 remove zest from orange with microplaner.
- 3 mix zest with other ingredients into a small saucepan. heat till just comes to a boil. turn heat down to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. stir after 15 minutes.
- 4 serve over wild duck, goose, pheasant or wild rice. also very good for basting duck or goose.
