Healthy Oatmeal Walnut Bread (for The Bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
- 2 cups wheat flour, whole grain
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons gluten
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 add water, yeast, and 1 cup flour to bread pan. mix 10 minutes. turn off/reset machine
- 2 add rest of ingredients in order given
- 3 program machine for to be finished the next morning (i used 'quick ' setting, 1 1/2 lb loaf, light crust). press start
- 4 wake up to delicious bread!
