Healthy Oatmeal Walnut Bread (for The Bread Machine)

Total Time: 9 hrs Preparation Time: 8 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
  • 2 cups wheat flour, whole grain
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons gluten
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 add water, yeast, and 1 cup flour to bread pan. mix 10 minutes. turn off/reset machine
  • 2 add rest of ingredients in order given
  • 3 program machine for to be finished the next morning (i used 'quick ' setting, 1 1/2 lb loaf, light crust). press start
  • 4 wake up to delicious bread!
