Dairy-free Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or any other frozen berries)
  • 1 cup light soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (soy or rice)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal

Recipe

  • 1 add frozen berries, soy milk to a blender.
  • 2 peel banana and break up into pieces and add to blender.
  • 3 add soy protein powder and flax meal to blender.
  • 4 blend at high speed until smooth. pour into glass and enjoy.
