Ham And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3/4 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
- 1 (9 ounce) package frozen cut green beans
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
Recipe
- 1 cook rice and onion in oil until rice is lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- 2 add ham, beans, broth and ½ cup water. heat to boiling.
- 3 turn into a 2 quart casserole. cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
- 4 stir just before serving.
