Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl whisk together all ingredients except olive oil.
  • 2 once thoroughly combines, add oil in a steady dtream whisking constantly.
