Gluten Free, Egg Free Brownies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup rice flour (i used a mix of glutenous and plain)
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup soymilk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 melt margerine.
  • 3 mix dry ingredients togther.
  • 4 add wet ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • 5 put in a greased 9x9 pan.
  • 6 bake for 15-20 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • 7 enjoy!
