Gluten Free, Egg Free Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup rice flour (i used a mix of glutenous and plain)
- 1/2 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup soymilk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 melt margerine.
- 3 mix dry ingredients togther.
- 4 add wet ingredients and stir until well blended.
- 5 put in a greased 9x9 pan.
- 6 bake for 15-20 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 7 enjoy!
