Ingredients
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1/2 lb cooked ham, finely diced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 combine salad ingredients, drizzle with dressing.
- 2 chill 2 hours before serving.
