Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup skim milk buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons apple juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juice of
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe
