Healthy Oat Bran & Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
- 8 ounces oat bran
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ounces brown sugar or 2 ounces honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 eggs or 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 11 ounces milk
Recipe
- 1 combine the oat brain, baking powder and cinnamon.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 3 let stand for 5 minutes to allow the batter to thicken.
- 4 spoon into a prepared muffin tin.
- 5 bake at 425 degrees f for 12-15 minutes.
